Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sauerkraut, drained
1 package hash browns
1 package corned beef, cut in thin strips
Rye bread
Swiss cheese
Thousand Island dressing
Diced tomatoes

Preparation

Place in shallow pan. Top with diced tomatoes, 1/2 c. Thousand Island dressing and sliced Swiss cheese. Sprinkle with buttered rye bread.
