Taquitos (Flautas) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    chicken, turkey, pork or beef, chopped fine and stir-fried
    onion
    cumin
    garlic
    salt and pepper
    cayenne pepper
    corn tortillas
    oil
Preparation
    Stir-fry meat with onion and spices to taste.
    Soften corn tortillas in hot oil just until pliable.
    Fill corn tortillas with meat mixture and roll into tight rolls.
    Secure with toothpicks and fry in hot oil until crispy.
    Serve with sour cream, salsa, guacamole and/or con queso.
