Potato Ham Scallop[ - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. butter
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2 c. sliced cold cooked potatoes
1 c. diced cooked ham
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

In saucepan melt butter, stir in flour; off of heat stir in milk keeping smooth.
Return to heat stirring constantly until thickened.
Off heat, stir in cheese, fold in potatoes and ham. Add salt and pepper and enough paprika to give a pretty pale color. Turn into ungreased 1 1/2-quart casserole.
Bake uncovered at 400\u00b0 about 20 minutes or until bubbling hot.
