Rhubarb Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb (1-inch slices)
1 2/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
dash of salt
1/4 c. water
2 Tbsp. oleo
2 (9-inch) pie crust
Preparation

Combine rhubarb, sugar, flour and salt.
Let stand 15 minutes. Add water.
Prepare pastry and fill with rhubarb mixture.
Dot with oleo.
Top with second crust
and cut slits for steam to escape.
Seal and flute.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for gas stove for 50 minutes or at 350\u00b0 for electric stove for 35 minutes.
