Fluffy Sour Cream Raisin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. water
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. cornstarch
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sour cream
    dash of salt
    4 c. whipped topping
    1 (10-inch) baked pie shell
Preparation
    Cook raisins in water until plump.
    Drain, reserving 1 cup liquid.
    Add brown sugar and raisins to liquid and boil.
    Dissolve cornstarch in 1/2 cup cold water.
    Stir into raisin mixture, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
    Slowly add eggs, stirring until eggs are cooked (mixture will be thick).
    Cool.
    When cool, add sour cream.
    Fold in 2 cups whipped topping.
    Spoon into pie shell.
    Chill.
    Just before serving, top with remaining whipped topping.
