Crab Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. cream cheese
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
    3 Tbsp. water
    6 oz. crab meat (canned or fresh)
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. mayonnaise
Preparation
    Soften gelatin in the water.
    Heat soup and gelatin mixture. Remove from heat and add cream cheese.
    Whip until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Pour into a mold and chill until firm. Serve with crackers.
