Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
1 stick butter or oleo
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 Tbsp. salt
some pepper
1 pt. sour cream
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted oleo
Preparation

Combine first 8 ingredients in large casserole.
Toss all together.
Mix corn flakes with oleo and sprinkle on top.
Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Can be made ahead of time or can be frozen.
Let potatoes thaw a little; will be easier to mix.
