Sausage Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. roll sausage
    1 small chopped onion
    1 loaf thawed frozen bread dough
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms
    1 clove garlic
    1 beaten egg
    2 c. grated Swiss or Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Chop mushrooms finely. Chop garlic very fine.
    Brown sausage. Saute mushrooms, onion and garlic.
    Drain thoroughly, then combine. Roll out thawed bread dough.
    Spread mixture of egg and Parmesan cheese onto dough.
    Put sausage mixture on dough and add cheese.
    Fold ends of dough in and sides out, or try to roll it. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes. Serve with pinto beans!
