Pickle Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. water
    4 c. vinegar
    1 c. canning salt
    1 grape leaf
    2 or 3 bulbs garlic
    1 pod hot pepper
    2 to 4 pieces dill
Preparation
    Place grape leaf, pepper, garlic and dill in bottom of jar; pack tender green beans in jar. Bring water, salt and vinegar to rolling boil. Boil for 5 minutes; pour over beans in jar. Seal and put in oven on baking sheet at 250\u00b0 until beans change color. Ready to eat in about 2 weeks.
