Green Beans With Bacon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 pkg. frozen cut green beans
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 slices bacon
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    dash of pepper
Preparation
    Place butter or margarine, green beans and salt in covered saucepan.
    Turn to high heat until steaming, then turn to a lower heat and cook until tender.
    Meanwhile, fry bacon until crisp; drain.
    Crumble bacon.
    Saute onion in 1 tablespoon of the reserved bacon fat.
    Add vinegar, pepper, green beans and buttery liquid in saucepan.
    Serve topped with crumbled bacon.
    Makes 4 servings.
