Peanut Butter Blossoms - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. shortening
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 egg
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
48 kisses

Preparation

Mix all of the ingredients except the kisses.
Roll into balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets.
Press 1 kiss on each cookie.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
