7 Day Pickles(Christmas Pickles) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. cucumbers
    2 c. canning salt
    1 gal. boiling water (enough to cover cukes)
Preparation
    Step 1:
    Pack cucumbers, salt and boiling water in a crock for 7 days; drain.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 24 hours; drain.
