Make Ahead Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 doz. eggs
    1 lb. bacon, fried, drained and crumbled
    2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 pt. half and half
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    8 oz. can mushrooms
Preparation
    In large skillet, scramble eggs with 3/4 cup half and half. Remove and set aside.
    Fry bacon until crisp and crumble.
    Mix soup with 2/3 cup half and half and set aside.
