Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. salad oil
2 eggs
3 c. chopped apples
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 c. sugar
2 1/2 c. plain flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Preparation

Mix all together (except butterscotch chips) by spoon.
Bake in greased and floured 13 x 9-inch pan.
Sprinkle top with butterscotch chips.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
