Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced, peeled carrots
    1 medium onion, chopped
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/3 c. herbed stuffing mix
    1/3 c. melted margarine
Preparation
    Cook carrots in boiling salted water; drain.
    Meanwhile, cook onion in 3 tablespoons margarine until soft.
    Stir in soup, salt, pepper, cheese and carrots.
    Place in greased 2-quart casserole. Toss bread stuffing mix with 1/3 cup melted margarine.
    Spoon over carrot mixture.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until thoroughly heated, about 20 minutes.
