Cheese And Egg Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread
    1 large can mushrooms
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    3/4 lb. Cheddar and Swiss cheese, grated
    4 eggs, beaten
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Cube bread the size of a quarter.
    Place half in 3-quart buttered casserole.
    Over this, in layers, arrange mushrooms, olives and grated cheese.
    Top with remaining bread crumbs.
    Let stand for 10 minutes.
