Lemon Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lemons (juice)
    3 egg yolks
    1/2 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 grated lemon rind
Preparation
    Cream eggs and sugar.
    Add lemon juice, water, grated peel of 1 lemon.
    Cook until thick.
    Beat egg whites.
    Add 1/2 cup of sugar.
    Fold into the lemon mixture.
    Pour into baked pie shell.
