Easy Baked Chicken Kiev - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 chicken cutlets (1/4 inch thick)
1 c. Italian flavored bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
1/2 tsp. oregano
4 Tbsp. softened butter or margarine
4 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, cut into 8 strips, 1/2 inch thick and 1 1/2 inches long
5 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
Preparation

Stir together the 4 tablespoons softened butter of margarine with the parsley and oregano.
Spread about 1/2 tablespoon of this mixture across each cutlet, about and inch from lower edge.
Lay a strip of cheese over butter mixture.
Fold lower edge of cutlet over filling, then fold up sides and roll up to enclose filling. (Use toothpicks to secure, if necessary.)
Dip each bundle in melted butter, then roll in bread crumbs.
Bake, uncovered, for 20 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink at 425\u00b0.
