Upside-Down Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella
    1 (12 oz.) jar pizza sauce
    1 can biscuits
    1 onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and onion.
    Add sauce and bell pepper.
    Pour 1/2 mixture into a casserole dish. Top with Cheddar.
    Add remainder of mixture and top with Mozzarella.
    Place biscuits over the top.
    Bake 20 to 30 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until browned.
