Sausage Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pie shell
    1 lb. Owens hot sausage
    green onions
    3 eggs
    2/3 c. milk
    1/4 to 1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper
    2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Prick bottom of pie shell and brown for about 5 minutes. Brown sausage and add green onions.
    Drain.
    Beat eggs slightly and mix with milk.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.
