Mixed Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cauliflower (bite size)
2 c. broccoli (bite size)
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. Yoplait yogurt
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
3/4 c. thin carrot slices
2 c. halved cherry tomatoes
Preparation

In pan bring water to boil.
Add broccoli and cauliflower, bring to boil and reduce heat and cook, covered, for 5 minutes. Drain and rinse under cold water.
Separate peas by rinsing under cold running water; drain.
