Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 c. sugar
    1 large can evaporated milk
    8 oz. miniature marshmallows
    3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    2 c. pecans, broken into pieces
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Use a heavy, large saucepan and bring the sugar and milk to a slow rolling boil, stirring constantly to keep milk from scorching.
    Boil 8 minutes.
    Remove from heat and add marshmallows, chocolate chips and butter.
    Stir until melted and blended well.
    Add pecans and vanilla.
    Spread on a large, ungreased pan and when cool, cut into squares.
