Lazy Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt or less to taste
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    6 to 7 slices bread (enough to cover the bottom of the casserole dish)
Preparation
    Cook the sausage and drain.
    Beat the eggs with milk, salt and mustard.
    Layer the bread cubes, sausage and cheese in a two-quart casserole.
    Pour the egg mixture on top.
    Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
    Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until fairly firm like a custard.
