Hot Chicken Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked chicken
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1/2 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    2 c. celery, thinly sliced
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. blanched almonds
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    1 box Rice-A-Roni fried rice with almonds, prepared to directions
    1 (4 oz.) jar pimiento
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    dry dressing mix or croutons
Preparation
    Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed and set aside to cool.
    Mix all ingredients except last ingredient.
    Top with dry dressing mix or croutons.
    This should fill a 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
