Egg Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell
    1 can Eagle Brand milk
    1 1/2 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 eggs, well beaten
    ground nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In medium bowl combine milk, water, salt and vanilla.
    Add eggs and mix well. Pour into crust and sprinkle with nutmeg and bake 10 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 300\u00b0 and bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted comes out clean.
