Coconut Macaroons - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 oz. bag coconut
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 egg whites, beaten stiff
Preparation
    Combine coconut, milk and vanilla, stirring with spoon until blended. Add beaten egg whites, folding into mixture gently. Do not overmix. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until top of cookie is lightly browned.
