Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes Jiffy cornbread muffin mix
    4 eggs
    1 (8 oz.) carton cottage cheese
    1 medium onion, finely chopped
    1 small box chopped frozen broccoli, thawed
    2 sticks margarine
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Melt margarine in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over melted margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes.
