Finnish Turnip - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 large turnip, cooked and mashed
1 egg
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Preparation

While turnip is hot, add rest of ingredients.
Beat until fluffy.
Turn into a greased baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or until it starts to brown.
