Chocolate Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tsp. flour
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 tsp. butter
3 Tbsp. cocoa
2 eggs, separated
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of baking powder
1 baked pastry shell
Preparation

Combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
Add beaten egg yolks.
Add milk, vanilla and butter.
Cook in top of double boiler, stirring constantly, until thick.
Pour in pastry shell.
Beat egg whites until stiff; add 1/4 cup sugar and baking powder.
Spread on pie. Bake at 250\u00b0 until brown.
