Elegant Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. butterscotch pudding (not instant pudding)
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. milk
1 3/4 c. canned pumpkin
1 baked pastry shell
Preparation

Place butterscotch pudding in saucepan.
Add spices and salt. Gradually add milk and cook over low heat, stirring frequently. As soon as mixture has thickened, remove from heat.
Add pumpkin and stir.
Put into baked pastry shell.
Cool.
Garnish with Cool Whip.
