I Can'T Believe It'S A Cookie! - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. smooth peanut butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Roll into small balls about size of big marbles.
Place on ungreased cookie sheet, 1 inch apart.
Bake at 325\u00b0 until tops just begin to crack (about 12 minutes).
Cool.
