Aunt Marlene'S Marvelous Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. yellow squash
    1 c. sour cream
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick margarine
    1 egg
    1 c. Cracker Barrel sharp cheese
    1/2 jalapeno pepper
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
Preparation
    Cook squash; drain.
    Add other ingredients, except half the stuffing and margarine.
    Mix well; pour into a 2-quart casserole. Melt margarine; mix with remaining stuffing.
    Sprinkle on top of casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes, or until brown and bubbly around edges.
    Serves 6 to 8.
