Broccoli Casserole(Serves 8 To 10) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head broccoli or cauliflower
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. flour
    2 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. seasoned stuffing mix
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
Preparation
    Break broccoli or cauliflower into small pieces and cook until just tender.
    Drain and place in shallow, 2-quart casserole dish.
