Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. flour
    2 1/2 c. Crisco
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    cold water
Preparation
    Combine flour, shortening, salt and baking powder in large bowl. Mix well with pastry blender or fork.
    Lightly beat egg in cup; add vinegar and enough cold water to make 1 cup.
    Beat lightly.
    Add to dough mixture in parts and mix until blended and ready to roll.
    Can refrigerate before rolling if desired.
