Party Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 c. grated American cheese
Preparation
    Thaw potatoes.
    Mix all remaining ingredients.
    Add thawed potatoes and pour into large 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Mix topping of 1/4 cup margarine and 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Sprinkle over top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
