Swiss Chicken Cutlets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    4 slices Swiss cheese
    flour
    pepper
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. white wine
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
Preparation
    Pound out chicken cutlets.
    Place a slice of Swiss cheese on top of each cutlet and roll up tightly, securing with a string. On wax paper, combine flour and pepper and mix.
    Roll each cutlet to coat.
    In a non-stick skillet, add a small amount of oil.
    Add cutlets, turning frequently until brown.
    Add to skillet remaining ingredients.
    Reduce heat and simmer 12 - 15 minutes more.
    Serve over rice.
