Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 1/2 c. bran flakes *
    1 c. raisins *
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1 large egg or 2 small
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1/2 c. coconut
Preparation
    Stir flour, baking powder, salt and sugar; set aside.
    Measure bran flakes and milk into a large bowl.
    Stir and let stand 1 or 2 minutes.
    Add egg and oil.
    Beat well.
    Add flour mixture, stirring only until combined.
    Stir in raisins and coconut.
    Spoon into greased muffin tin and bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 for 18 to 20 minutes.
