Squash Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. yellow squash
    3 eggs
    3 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. pecans, chopped
    1 c. oil
    3 c. flour (plain)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1/4 tsp. allspice
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Peel and grate squash.
    Sift together flour, salt, soda, allspice, baking powder and cinnamon; set aside.
    In large mixing bowl, beat eggs.
    Add oil, squash, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well, then add flour mixture and blend well.
    Stir in nuts.
    Bake in greased and floured pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour. Can top with hard lemon sauce or cream cheese frosting.
