Bierocks (German) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    4 c. fine cabbage
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 box hot roll mix
Preparation
    Brown hamburger; drain off fat.
    Add cabbage, onions, salt and pepper.
    Add 3 tablespoons water to steam cabbage and onion.
    Do not overcook.
    Prepare roll mix; roll out to 18-inches.
    Cut into 4 sections.
    Fill with mixer; seal corners.
    Place on baking sheet.
    Let rise 20 minutes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings.
