Pesto - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 packed c. fresh basil
1 c. fresh parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. nut meats (pine/walnut)
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Blend 1st five ingredients until you have a smooth paste.
Add more olive oil, if needed.
Stir in cheese.
Serve or store in refrigerator for up to ten days or freeze for three months.
