Vegetable Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
4 skinless chicken breasts, sliced
2 c. celery, sliced
1 c. chopped onion
2 c. chopped broccoli
1 c. chopped red cabbage
1 c. grated carrot
2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
cooked rice
Preparation

Prepare all vegetables.
Heat oil in wok or large frying pan on high.
Add chicken and saute, stirring frequently.
When chicken is lightly browned, add onion and celery.
Saute, stirring frequently.
Continue to add remaining vegetables, stirring frequently.
When vegetables are almost done, add remaining ingredients.
Reduce heat to medium-high, cover and continue to cook an additional 3 to 5 minutes, depending on degree of doneness desired.
Serve immediately over rice with soy sauce.
