Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup finely chopped green peppers
    1 cup finely chopped sweet red peppers
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 cup vinegar
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine the peppers and onion.
    Bring the vinegar to boiling point, add the sugar and salt.
    Pour over the vegetables. Let stand 2-3 hours before serving. Store in a tightly covered jar in refrigerator.
    This relish will keep for about a week.
