Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. haddock or cod
    3 c. water
    4 c. (or more) diced potatoes
    2 c. milk
    2 c. half and half
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 tsp. salt
    butter
    pepper
Preparation
    Cook fish in water until it flakes.
    Remove fish and boil potatoes, salt and onion until tender.
    Add fish, milk and half and half.
    Heat through.
    Add butter and pepper to taste.
    Enjoy!
