Celery Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stalk celery
    1 red onion
    1 (3 1/2 oz.) bottle capers
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. wine vinegar
    8 oz. jar salad olives
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    dash of paprika
    3 Tbsp. oregano
Preparation
    Cut
    celery in bite sizes.
    Chop onion and soak both in salted water
    for
    several hours.
    Then rinse and drain.
    Put into
    a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
    You will have to taste to
    determine
    whether or not it appears to have the flavor you want.
