Java Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 (2 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut up
2 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. skim milk
Preparation

In a small brown bag, combine flour, pepper and salt.
Coat chicken pieces, one at a time, by shaking in the bag.
Fold the top of the bag to contain the flour mixture while shaking. Reserve remaining flour mixture.
