Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 c. cooking oil
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
4 c. pared and sliced apples
1/2 c. butterscotch morsels
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, mix first 9 ingredients.
Stir in nuts and apples.
Pour into well greased tube pan.
Sprinkle morsels over batter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until golden brown and cake tests done.
