Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium zucchini
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. shredded cheese
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    salt and pepper
    paprika
    1/2 to 1 stick butter
Preparation
    Boil zucchini until tender.
    Cut lengthwise; scoop out centers.
    Chop centers; season with salt and pepper.
    Add onion and bread crumbs; mix.
    Add cheese and bread crumbs to make a sticky consistency.
    Add butter when necessary.
    Fill zucchini; sprinkle with paprika.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
