Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 qt. chicken broth
    1 head cauliflower, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 pt. half and half
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in flour.
    When thick, add broth, cauliflower and onion.
    Cook and stir until cauliflower and onion are tender.
    Turn off heat.
    Stir in half and half.
    Serve.
