Custard Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1/4 c. water
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. grated lemon rind
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Combine rice and raisins in a 1-quart casserole.
    Beat together the milk, water and eggs.
    Then add remaining ingredients until mixture is very smooth.
    Pour over rice and raisin mixture. Place casserole in a pan of hot water and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until custard is firm and a knife inserted comes out clean.
