Sweet And Sour Pork - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 c. cooked rice
    1/2 head onions
    2 or 3 tsp. soy sauce
    1 small jar sweet and sour sauce
Preparation
    Season and flour pork chops.
    Fry until done.
    Chop into cubes.
    Pour off all grease from frying pan.
    Saute onions in dipping.
    Add 1/2 cup water.
    Let simmer 5 minutes; turn off fire. Add cooked rice, meat, soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce.
    Cover for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve.
